This little hideaway has a wrought iron balcony where you can sit and read ,or simply gaze at all the comings and going in the Grand Harbour . If you are taking the bus, here are instructions: > Take the X4 bus from the airport brings you to the bus terminus just outside Valletta. Then enter the city and stay on Republic until you come to Melita Street which is the 3rd Street crossing Republic. There is a Chemimart on that corner. Turn right into that and walk all the way to the bottom of that street and then turn right and no. 62 ( Battery Street ) is a grey door half way up that steep hill on the left in a little alley. A government imposed environment tax is to be collected by guests on arrival. This is 50c per person per night and may be left in the apartment on your departure for us to collect.
